You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing AI-generated classifications and reports. Index assists with bookkeeping — it does not provide professional accounting, tax, or legal advice, and AI output should be reviewed before filing or relying on it.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Your books are yours. You can export your data at any time, and our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Index's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
